Prof.Rosdiadee Nordin

Professor, Department of Engineering
Prof. Ir Dr. Rosdiadee Nordin is a leading expert in next-generation wireless communications. Internationally recognized among the World's Top 2% Scientists by Elsevier, he holds a Ph.D. from the University of Bristol, UK, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His research focuses on wireless communication advancements, including Internet of Things communications and cellular-connected drones. Prof. Rosdiadee's contributions have earned him prestigious awards, including the Leadership in Innovation Fellowship from the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK. He is dedicated to science communication and serves as chief editor for esti.my, an online STEM magazine.

Zhen Cheng

Professor at Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica
Prof. Zhen Cheng is an Assistant Professor at Stanford University, USA. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Missouri in 2001, following an M.Sc. in Radiopharmaceutical Chemistry from the China Institute of Atomic Energy in 1997 and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Sichuan University in 1990. Prof. Cheng's research focuses on molecular imaging and cancer theranostics, particularly utilizing positron emission tomography (PET) imaging techniques. He has authored numerous publications in prestigious journals, contributing significantly to the field.

Dr. Khaled Ben Lateief

Professor, United States National Academy of Engineering,
Dr. Letaief, the New Bright Professor of Engineering at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), is a globally renowned figure in wireless communications and networks. With expertise spanning artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, big data analytics systems, and 5G systems, he has authored over 700 papers and holds 15 patents, including 11 US inventions. He has provided consultancy services to major organizations such as Huawei, ASTRI, and Motorola. Throughout his career, Dr. Letaief has held various leadership roles, including Dean of Engineering at HKUST and President of the IEEE Communications Society. He is recognized as an ISI Highly Cited Researcher by Thomson Reuters and is a member of the US National Academy of Engineering and the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Sciences. His accolades include the IEEE Marconi Prize Award in Wireless Communications and the IEEE Communications Society Best Survey Paper Award. Dr. Letaief holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, USA.
