The 2026 8th Symposium on Future Telecommunication Technologies (SOFTT) provide a forum for researchers, academicians, professionals, and students from various engineering fields and with cross-disciplinary interests Artificial Intelligence and Communications Technology to interact and disseminate information on the latest developments.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings. Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings. At least one author of each accepted papers must register for the conference to be included in the program. Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore.

Publication Policies

To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, ComSoc prohibits changes to the list of authors once a paper has been submitted for review. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline.

To be published in The IEEE 2026 8th SOFTT Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

Prepare manuscript using IEEE template, 4-7 pages, A4 format. Similarity score below 20% (Turnitin).
2Author Registration
Register by July 28, 2026. At least one author per paper required.
3PDF eXpress Validation
Validate via IEEE PDF eXpress (ID: 67007x)
4Final Manuscript
Submit through EDAS by July 28, 2026 after registration.
5Final Guidelines
✓ Remove hyperlinks • ✓ High-res figures • ✓ English references
6Author Verification
Ensure all authors listed on EDAS paper profile.

Registration Policy

  1. To be published in The IEEE 2026 8th SOFTT Conference Proceedings, a minimum of one author from each accepted paper MUST register.
  2. One registration covers only one paper and all authors of the paper.
  3. Authors MAY be registered at the Student rate if the registrant is a student with a valid student ID. In this case, the copy of the student ID SHOULD be sent to [email protected] via email.
  4. For author registrations, absolutely no cancellations/refunds will be accepted after July 2026.
  5. "Member" rates apply to members of IEEE.
