On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it gives me great pleasure and honour to welcome you to the IEEE Symposium on Future Telecommunication Technologies 2024 (SOFTT 2024) in Bali, Indonesia. This year, we have chosen to hold the conference in a hybrid format, co-located with The International Conference of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics 2024 (ICO-ABCD 2024) in Bali. SOFTT 2024 brought the IEEE Comsoc Indonesia Chapter and the IEEE Malaysia Comsoc/VTS Joint Chapter for the first time. Annually organized by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and Telkom University, Indonesia, SOFTT 2024 invites all world-renowned industry and academic speakers to present their most recent research works.

The theme of SOFTT 2024 is “Bridging Innovations for Intelligent and Secure Technologies” and we intend to bring together experts, academicians, industries, and researchers to discuss crucial future telecommunications issues, share information, and drive innovation. Focusing on the selected area of future communication technologies especially related to AI, the topics covered beyond 5G and 6G communication, advanced communication application in agriculture, biomedical, smart cities, digital communities and so on. The event will have 1-day tutorial, physical and online keynotes, industry forum and technical paper presentation.

To be published in The IEEE 2024 7th SOFTT Conference Proceedings, a minimum of one author from each accepted papers MUST register and papers must be presented at the conference. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

  1. 1. To be published in The IEEE 2024 7th SOFTT Conference Proceedings, a minimum of one author from each accepted papers MUST register.

  2. 2. One Registration covers only one paper and all authors of the paper.

  3. 3. Authors MAY be registered at the Student rate if the registrant is a student with a valid student ID. In this case, the copy of the student ID SHOULD be sent to register (softt.official@gmail.com) via e-mail.

  4. 4. For author registrations, absolutely no cancellations/refunds will be accepted after July, 2024.

  5. 5. “Member” rates apply to members of IEEE.
