To be published in The IEEE 2025 7th SOFTT Conference Proceedings, a minimum of one author from each accepted papers MUST register and papers must be presented at the conference. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Registration Policy
  1. 1. To be published in The IEEE 2025 7th SOFTT Conference Proceedings, a minimum of one author from each accepted papers MUST register.

  2. 2. One Registration covers only one paper and all authors of the paper.

  3. 3. Authors MAY be registered at the Student rate if the registrant is a student with a valid student ID. In this case, the copy of the student ID SHOULD be sent to register aicoms@telkomuniversity.ac.id via e-mail.

  4. 4. For author registrations, absolutely no cancellations/refunds will be accepted after July, 2025.

  5. 5. “Member” rates apply to members of IEEE.
